Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • United States: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, or external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email 1–3 working days before your delivery is scheduled. This allows you to monitor the status of your order and plan accordingly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at this stage.

Packaging & Handling

All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. For larger or heavier products, we may arrange a specialist two-person delivery service to ensure safe handling and placement.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Islands & Remote Areas

We do ship to Northern Ireland, but delivery rates and options differ from the mainland. If you’re ordering from Northern Ireland, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate quote.

Delays

While we work hard to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or peak periods. Oak and Ash cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched, but we are always happy to assist with tracking or delivery enquiries.
